It seems this vanity has design problem. The vanity is designed as stand alone vanity, but it's easy to fall down when drawers are open. It is very hard to mounted it to the wall because the back board is so weak, and no strong wood frames.
I am still trying to find a way to mount this vanity on the wall. But if I put a thick board on the back, then there is a gap between marble top and wall.

The seller said this vanity is very heavy and will not fall down when plumbing( especially drainage) is connected. That means the drainage should also function to hold the vanity. I don't know if people are willing to do that or not because that could easily cause the drainage to leak.
Another problem is that faucet is too close to the wall.Make sure you don't have a mirror behind the faucet. Even you don't have a mirror behind the faucet, you still need to be very careful to install the faucet very staight or intentionally install it a little bit forward, otherwise the faucet can no be open totally.
Highly recommend the manufacturer to put a strong wood frame on the back and make the faucet hole 5mm more away from the back. I give this product 2 star only because it looks good.
Homedepot has the same thing to sell that could save you money for shipping.
