We ordered this one over other, mostly less expensive sets, because the pictures looked great and it claims "constructed of kiln dried solid pine hardwood" Get what you pay for right?
Wrong.
Its completely made of particle board, everthing but the hidden slats which are plywood is mfd or particle board.
The construction materials failure is huge, but one could sometimes over look if ever thing else is ok, but its not.
There are ~1/16th to 1/8th gaps everywhere between panels which are not suppose to be there, leaving dark shadows lines. The moldings dont line up, infact the on the lower molding on the dresser and bed it sticks out almost a 1/2'' past the frame on one side and about a 1/8th to 1/4 on the other.
I will be contacting customer service about this and may revise the review.
One good thing though, i ordered it on a monday and got it on friday! Thats and entire bedroom set. You cant even get that if you bought at a local store.
