I got this chair for my mom. She had seen it in a hair salon and thought it would look perfect in our living room. It does look perfect! I just wish that there was a little instruction sheet so that people would know that the handle on the side is not to tilt the chair but to tighten the metal base to the chair. This bit of information (that the chair did or did not tilt) in other reviews is a bit misleading. Great delivery, but since it is a freight company be prepared to call them to schedule your delivery if you miss their call. Just keep track of the shipment at .com to know when it reaches your closest major city to be ready for the call.
