Mattress arrived on time [actually earlier than had predicted]. Packaging was excellent. Mattress was of much better quality than I had expected at this price point. Mattress expanded to original size in a matter of minutes. No unpleasant odor from the foam [as some other mattresses exhibit] Mattress is on the firmer side. You definitely feel the memory foam. All in all an excellent product and excellent seller to purchase from. I would highly recommend. Actually received a follow up call and postcard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
My only thought is that maybe the seller should come up with a firmness scale [from 1 to 10] to give you a good idea of what to expect, without actually feeling it in person. Mine was a little firmer than I had expected, but after sleeping on it for a week, my body seems to becoming more used to it.
