Recliners are made with solid hardwood (primarily Oak) and C&C routed engineered hard wood (plywood) frames with 6 10 gauge stamped steel Liberty or Leggett and Platt mechanisms. Seat cores are 28 lb. high density, California 117 certified foam with Dacron wrap for added comfort. Fiber fill is spun and blown virgin super soft hollow fill which can be easily maintained by fluffing regularly. All seat springs are solid steel super-loop, no sag 8 gauge steel with Teflon clips to prevent noise (an average of 14 springs pre sofa, 5 per recliner).
