  The Catnapper recliner is extremely comfortable. It does have some major design flaws. The part that couples the frame of the chair to its base is plastic. I received a broken chair because of this. After a lot of phone calls, I finally received a replacement part and installed it myself. A couple months later the lever that engages the reclining mechanism broke at the pivot point (another plastic part). Went through a local dealer trying to get a replacement... that was two months ago. You can't contact the manufacturer directly. Apparently they do not want to be bothered with customers. I found one of their product reps and emailed him. His response was to contact the retailer where I bought it. Apparently he doesn't want to be bothered with customers either. If you are going to buy this recliner, make sure you buy it locally so you can talk to someone directly and bypass all the anonymous voices over the phone. Customer service is severely lacking.
