So the bed arrived and it appeared that the bed head box had been hit by a forklift so we refused delivery. Things happen I understand that, so we contacted wayfair who emailed saying the new replacement will arrive in 1 week, so a week later we contact wayfair who tell us it has not shipped but will arrive by the end of the week. so at the end of the week we contact wayfair and they tell us they are having trouble with the supplier sending out the new bed head so I say give me my money back this has been going on for 2 months at this stage... In all respect to wayfair they returned my money and it was obvious they were being let down by the supplier i was just disappointed that i was given delivery dates and not being informed of the trouble they were having... the other thing is i have 3/4 of a bed which is useless to me and they have not come to collect it so I guess its up to me to get it to the dump! SO all in all the bed may have been very nice if not damaged but the customer service was lacking both by the supplier not sending the replacement and wayfair for not keeping me informed and making false promises....
