I am so pleased with this couch...I was kind of nervous to buy a couch online without seeing it in person, and how it was going to look by the time it got here from being transported halfway across the country, but I went ahead and did it anyway. Delivery was quick!!! The carrier pulled up and unloaded the couch, and rolled it up my driveway. It was wrapped on a pallet...and let me tell ya...they wrapped this couch so good with bubble wrap and cardboard, that I could of rolled it down a hill before unwrapping it, and it would of been in perfect condition still. It took 30 mins to get the couch unwrapped and when I did...I have to say that, I was very pleased with my purchase and how smooth everything went. I highly recommend!!!!!
