Bed looks great and got it shipped and delivered on time. However, during the assembly I noticed side bars on the bed did NOT have grooves (as shown in assembly instructions manual) to fit in horizontal support bars (3). Had to go through a lot of pain to drill a hole and fit those 3 bars on top of the side bars without any grooves. Even after all that, those 3 bars are obviously not touching the ground as it sits slightly above. Luckily none of the people in my house are big and probably it will support the weight if mattress and couple of people.
I tried calling seller (UnbeatableSale Inc) to get some explanation and possible replacement of side bars. The support person had no idea what I am talking about and had to spell the word grooves multiple times. Inspite of that I don't think she understood what I am explaining. She tried calling their warehouse couple of times while I am on hold and came back saying I need to call warehouse directly. After this frustrating long back and forth discussion, I gave up and am hoping bed will support the way it is.
Bottom line, I would watch out if I am buying anything from UnbeatableSale, Inc.
