First of all the company charges for shipping. Don't believe the free shipping label especially when you get the FedEx bill in the mail. After you unpack the pieces you notice the wood finish does not match, some pieces are marred, and other pieces are damaged and unusable. Putting this together is a nightmare! There are no pre-drilled holes for the screws to go in. Make sure you have carpenter handy. The back headboard cracks as you bang it down onto the frame. Once together the wood is so flimsy that the whole bed sways and moves when you are on it. Now I have to somehow return this!
