The sleeper is nice, it's firm as a couch but it's not bad. You have to order the Ottoman separately, but I am overall happy with my purchase, when you fold it down into a bed it's the size of a king bed. it's lumpy but a mattress pad makes it almost perfect.
*** follow up*** after a few month of usage the sofa started to sink in some spots. I thought it would have lasted longer. I don't have any kids and I barely sat on in. My 15 pound dogs does lay on it often, but it's is poorly made. - I would change my review from a 4 star to a 2-3 for the price they're asking, I would have been better off ordering something else.
