I love this particular memory foam mattress ! After reading many reviews of other memory foam mattresses there seems to be a lot of variation in memory foam mattresses in consideration of many personal preferences too soft/too firm. I do not think this mattress is either too soft or too firm. When you initially lay on it the first impression is that maybe too firm however, after laying there for a minute and settle into the memory foam you feel very supported without any body pressure that irritates regular spots such as lower back and shoulders which were always main focal points of short comings of many matresses for myself. I have not quite owned this mattress for a month and already consider it to be one of the best purchases I have made in my lifetime. I have shoulder pain which is continuous and never goes away, since I have purchased this mattress I now wake without shoulder pain and my pain levels throughout the day have significantly diminished.
