  This is not worth the $800 they are asking. It is cheap Chinese furniture and smells like it was treated with chemicals. The color is off and it is definitively not wool. The back of the seat cushion also doesn't have padding. The picture is deceiving.
  This company will not help you with returns and it is a huge hassle. I would steer clear of their web page: [...]. There are other models of this chair for the same price that are much much nicer.
